ABOUT US

Do Over Don’t is a Media company/Boutique recording studio that was founded in 2020. We provide all resources an artist needs… From mixing, beats, camera work, cover art, our team is equip to do everything in-house. We have spent the past 2 years working with artists in the New England area, developing them and finding new ways to get their music heard. In the midst of the pandemic, it started with reposts on instagram, then it turned into a youtube channel that we do vlogs & interviews on. Then November 2020 we made a collaborative mixtape in 3 days in the middle of the woods with 27 artists from around New England… That led to us opening our very own recording studio March 15th 2021. We have worked with hundreds of artists from around the area, we will continue to discover more and pass down our connections to the younger generation. We are all about bringing the community together. It doesn’t matter who you are, if you’re willing to work hard you have a spot in our Purple World!

Gabe Gomes

CEO of Do Over Don’t

"I’m Gabe, the CEO of DOD. I officially started Do Over Don’t in February of 2020, with the hopes of shifting the New England culture in the right direction. Since then, I have been able to help many creatives around the region expand their horizons, and also help many of my dear friends build on their craft as well. Do Over Don’t is everything I love put under one roof, it’s proof that all art is interconnected. It’s proof we can all “do something”, we just actually need to “DO SOMETHING”. The first step is realizing what is possible, and I think DOD has done a pretty good job at making people realize what is. Everything I do is out of love, and I will continue to pave roads for the next generations of creatives in the area..."

Producer/Audio Engineer

"Yo, Ksully here! My journey with DOD started as a camera man when I was a senior in high school, but was quickly given the opportunity to showcase my production skills during the making of our first album. Since then I’ve helped our studio grow into the beautiful, collaborative workspace it is today where I’ve made hundreds of songs and beats with dozens of artists and producers, many of which I can call my friends. DOD is my second home and i’m proud to have made it the home of many creatives like myself."

Lexi

Lexi

Journalist/Playlist Curator

"What’s up guys it’s Lexi aka Famous Lex! I started out on my journey with DOD as a playlist curator, as I have such a passion for music and playlist making, and that led us to creating the podcast ‘Pink World’, where we interview up-and-coming female talent from New England, and find dope new artists in the making. I’ve been doing interviews officially since i was 15, but have dabbled in music and video production for as long as i can remember, so it’s amazing to have DOD right in my backyard. I’m also in the works of becoming a DJ & more - keep a lookout! DOD is such an amazing environment and place full of opportunities, I am so grateful to be a part of it and continue working with them!"

Maddie

Maddie

Journalist/Artist

"What’s poppin guys it’s Maddie here aka Vienna. I’m a fresh face in the DOD gang! Starting my involvement with the team as a host on the Pink World podcast, I hope to learn a lot from our fire female artists & talent. I’ve always had an eye for making content; whether it be singing, photography, videography, & even creative design. Singing has been a main theme in my life for as along as I can remember & in the end, it’s a passion that keeps me going. I look forward to the future of my presence in DOD, as the crew has welcomed me with a positive energy & a vision that inspires."
